What began as a simple partnership has grown significantly, driven by Hernic Ferrochrome’s Enterprise Development Initiative, which supports local businesses within the Madibeng Local Municipality. Through this initiative, Bidvest has supported Autumn Ridge Trading with mentorship, training, and equipment. As a result, Autumn Ridge Trading has expanded to a team of 65 employees. This strong partnership has enabled the company to secure facilities management (FM) contracts and actively support Bidvest in various projects.
We are proud to be part of this remarkable partnership stands as a blueprint for enterprise development done right: a 100% black-owned business, grown from local roots, and demonstrably built to last for generations to come.
